Awful quality of the cards. No foil on them. The color on the front and the back are different even though the document has the exact same color, the front turned out almost green. The cards are just printed without any human putting any logic in it, nobody thought of checking that their colors wouldn't allow for the QR code to scan properly. We have printed the same template with different companies and we have never had a worse result.

I ordered the exact same cards I had previously ordered, just changing web site address and adding an email address. The design, layout and colours were all left exactly as they were last time. When I recieved them I found that the print on the back (all the contact info. ) is so faint it's illegible! Do you not have anyone on quality control? Someone who would have realized there is something wrong here and at least contact the customer? Complete waste of time and money!

Foil didn't line up with design

The foil did not quite line up with my design. They were very acomidating and reprinted them free of charge which I greatly appreciate. I was told that the foil normally does line up so there should be no ussues with the reprint. When I received the reprint, they look better but have the same issue.
I called again and this time was told it is because of the design and how it was set up and that I need to pay a fee for their designers to fix it. That's fine but I wish the first person told me that so I wouldn't have to wait for the next order to print and ship.
