It appears that the actual size of font, text on the back part of the business card is far smaller than how it appears shown on the app prior to printing . Additionally the background colour was supposed to be forest green and it looks black. I was also expecting the gold foil would accentuate the logo more. Not happy how it turned out.

These tools can help set clearer expectations regarding text size, layout, and the final printed appearance before an order is submitted. In addition, we would like to investigate the concerns you raised regarding the front side finish and overall appearance. Because items are produced on large sheets and then cut into individual pieces, slight variations can occur that make borders or centered elements appear uneven once printed.
