The paper texture is too rough, and you can’t make out the fine detail in the design. Make sure your text is really bold and so is the color. Lighter colours will get lost in the print

You are absolutely right that because of this texture and the natural color of the paper stock, light colors can be less legible, and fine details can get lost in the print. Your advice to other customers is spot on: darker and bold colors are indeed more recommended for this paper stock to ensure the best possible outcome.
