I received my cards looking a bit different from my previous order. I contacted costumer service to let them know and wonder if the craft paper has changed since the colours look different. Really was not looking for anything in return. However your team was quick to respond and after reviewing my case, I was refunded the full amount via store credit. The paper texture is too rough, and you can’t make out the fine detail in the design. Make sure your text is really bold and so is the color. Lighter colours will get lost in the print

To provide some clarity, our Kraft business cards are made of 90% post-consumer recycled material, which is what gives them their unique, natural textured feel. You've highlighted some very important design considerations for this specific paper. You are absolutely right that because of this texture and the natural color of the paper stock, light colors can be less legible, and fine details can get lost in the print. Your advice to other customers is spot on: darker and bold colors are indeed more recommended for this paper stock to ensure the best possible outcome. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience, as your feedback is incredibly helpful for us and for other customers making design choices.
