It was good except that two orders went through so I was charged twice. I have the cards with the last edits but another set came a few days later. I only need one set as they're both 500 cards. Please rectify this as soon as possible. Best regards, Will

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand your concern about receiving two sets of 500 Business Cards and wanting to keep only the set with your latest edits. After reviewing your account, we can see that you initially placed an order for the Business Cards on August 14. When you requested revisions on August 20, the original order was already in transit and could no longer be modified. We can also see that a new order for the same Business Cards was placed on August 20, with a different card holder variant. Based on the order history, it appears that these were placed as two separate orders, which is why both sets were produced and delivered. To help us better understand the situation and determine how we can assist, could you please reply to this email with: - Photos of both sets of Business Cards you received, clearly showing the differences between them. - Confirmation of the specific revisions you intended to have on the final set of cards. Once we receive this information, we’ll be happy to review the situation further and see what options may be available.
