Colours were far off

Colours came out much darker than the file I submitted. I printed some of their other products with the same colours(which came out perfectly fine) and seeing them side by side on paper is super obvious.
They gave me a credit because they said reprinting it wouldn't make a difference in the colour and that's just how their program processed the PDF I submitted.
I thankfully didn't have a large batch to print, but for anyone considering printing a large number of invites, it would be nice to have a colour test print option to ensure everything matches. Especially for weddings.

I had to get my first batch redone as the quality was awful.
The second one was slightly better but still poor. I absolutely wasted my money here.
