Upon reviewing the submitted files, the text details were relatively small within the limited design area of approximately 4.27" height x 5.59" width. This likely affected the clarity of the printed details. Since our printing system is fully automated, the file was reproduced exactly as submitted, without manual adjustments. For future orders, we recommend using a larger font size and reviewing the product preview carefully to ensure that important messages remain legible in relation to the card dimensions. Regarding the color of the design and the printed product, we suggest updating your artwork using a CMYK color code. Our printing facility uses CMYK color mode, which is intended for ink-based printing, while RGB is the color mode intended for screen displays. The more color added in CMYK mode, the darker the result; the more color added to RGB, the lighter the result. Because the paper is highly absorbent, very ink-heavy designs may also affect the final print.
