We have reviewed the design and do see that there was a cream background on the design. However, once we viewed the PDF proof, it was barely visible. In the future, we suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order: www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We are prepared to assist with a replacement order and ask that you edit the original color and brighten it. Once done, please upload the new file and respond to this email to confirm, so we can proceed with the replacement.
