Regarding the blank handle area, we completely understand how that can make it tricky to know which way the stamp is facing! We wanted to advise that, as disclosed in the assembly notes on our product page, your self-inking stamp is designed to come with a blank label so you can customize it yourself. To set up your label, simply follow these quick steps: - Remove the clear plastic cover and the paper slip from the handle area. - Stamp the paper slip directly with your new stamp. - Place the paper back into the slot and slide the clear plastic cover back over it. This will create your own customized, perfectly aligned display label so you'll always know exactly which way your stamp is facing.
