As for the colour issue, there are a few technical factors that can sometimes cause differences between what you see on screen and the final printed result. The matte paper stock you selected can naturally soften colours and gradients, and the conversion from RGB (screen colours) to CMYK (print colours) may also create subtle shifts. Additionally, the format of the uploaded design file can sometimes influence how detailed or complex elements appear once printed.
