Upon reviewing your submitted file, we found that the artwork was low in resolution, which unfortunately led to the unclear and distorted text print result. For optimal print quality, we recommend uploading high-resolution files of at least 300 dpi. To help prevent similar issues in the future, we strongly suggest using the on-screen preview and downloading a PDF proof before placing your order, both tools are excellent for identifying resolution or design concerns in advance.
