We do print exactly what is submitted in the final design without making changes, so this will help us investigate it properly and support you further.

Upon checking your order VP_WM7ZMMTT, we can confirm that the correct blue color (#011642) was indeed configured in the design. However, a color shift often occurs because designs are viewed on digital screens (RGB), while printing uses the CMYK color profile. Some colors, especially deep blues, can naturally appear a bit darker when transitioning from screen to print. To help resolve this and get closer to your vision, we have recreated the design and processed a new replacement order for you at no additional cost. You will receive a separate email shortly with the confirmation and tracking details for this new order. Once the cards arrive, please respond to this email and let us know if the color meets your expectations. We want to ensure everything is perfect for your special day.
