After following the directions to a tee, the decals started to peel off after only one day.

The edges were not cut smoothly on the cling. Leaving it jagged on most sides. When I smoothed the cling onto the window it made streaks in the actual window cling. Would not recommend to anyone.

Your concerns are taken seriously, and we sincerely apologize that the edges of the cling were not cut properly and for any challenges you experience with its application. This isn't typical for our standard of quality, and we will be sharing this feedback with our quality team as well as processing a free replacement order to arrive soon. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you can track the status of the replacement by going to your Order History under My Account. When applying the cling, we recommend using a flat edge (like a credit card) for best results. We hope this helps.

The cost of the poster was pricey.
Plus the additonal $10 for someone to edit it to finalize prior to printing is not a good idea. You must have already have a program for editing responsible for that. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s a money grab. Lastly, Im not impressed with how the poster color turned out. The dark blue background is somewhat dull which I thought it’s shiny or glossy look like.
