I am very pleased with VP in the sense that they were able to deliver my image in a quick amount of time, and the quality of the decal is very nice. That being said, the production and the cutting lines are horrible. I had to take scissors and an exacto knife to the edges just to make it look straight because it wasn't coming off.

I’ve been using Vistaprint for 10 years and have never had an issue like this! The removable wall decal was up for just under 1 month and tore the paint, primer and top layer of drywall paper off our walls. I took my time to try and remove it properly but the adhesive is obviously not meant for temporary installation.

We apologize for the experience you had with the removable wall decal and understand how frustrating it must be, especially after being a loyal customer for 10 years. Based on our checks, we saw that you contacted Customer Care and that the matter was addressed. For reference, the decal adhesive is low-tack and is designed not to damage your wall or paint if removed carefully. To reposition or remove a decal safely, start from one corner and slowly peel away from the wall. Removing it too quickly can cause damage to paint or wall surfaces. Your experience will be shared with the team.
