The font size did not work out compared to the preview. I recieved the following email on Friday, march 6th, after the order was submitted: Resolved Studio font size issue:
Dear Mike,
We know that you rely on us to provide the best custom printing materials, and we recently let you down.
We are writing to let you know that the technical difficulties affecting font sizes in our Studio have been fully resolved.

The banner did not turn out as expected, the text did not go across the banner. Last year, the Fleet events banner was great. This year not so much. Probably will not order next year's Fleet schedule banner from you.

Alternatively, we also offer a professional design service to help improve artwork and prepare it for printing. Our graphic design team can enhance your file, provide a revised version via email within 24–48 hours, and incorporate any adjustments you request before approving the final design.
