Hi there, we ordered a custom tablecloth and paid a few hundred for this and received a very blurry product. This is going to be at ALL our shows and it’s very important the advertising is clear, so we are dissatisfied unfortunately.

Upon reviewing your order, we noted that the design provided was quite blurry and low resolution, which unfortunately affected the final print quality. To help prevent similar issues in the future, we strongly recommend using high-resolution files with a minimum of 300 dpi. Additionally, we encourage you to carefully review the on-screen preview and download a PDF proof before finalizing your order, as these tools provide a more accurate representation of how your design will appear in print. If you need assistance improving your design, we also offer a professional design service. Our graphic design team can help enhance your file quality. A revised version will be shared within 24 to 48 hours by email, and you’ll have the chance to request further changes if needed.
