The print was great quality but some of the words and dates didn't print right. Looked like an a. i. mess

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the Custom Posters. We regret hearing that, despite some print being of great quality, some words and dates were unclear. From our review of the design, this was due to these details being blurry. We recommend that you create your design using high-resolution images and artwork. For the best quality, the artwork should be at least 300 DPI. The recommended file formats are PDF, AI, and SVG. In the future, we suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order; www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. Furthermore, we have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend editing the original design and placing a new order. We hope this helps.
