However, we are sincerely sorry that despite having it reprinted a second time, the colors on both signs arrived identical and did not reflect the vibrant aquamarine tones you selected on your computer. We would like to advise that screens display colors using RGB (Red, Green, Blue) tones, which rely on light to look highly vibrant and bright. Because we print on physical materials, our production process automatically converts files into CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) ink mixtures. This conversion can sometimes make very bright screen tones come out looking more muted or darker in the final print. We want to help make this gift as perfect as possible for you and your family member. Could you please reply directly to this email and confirm if you would be open to us adjusting the bright tones in your design into slightly darker blue shades—such as a rich turquoise or a deep teal—that will translate much better into physical inks? Once you let us know your preference, we will gladly assist you with the next steps to get this resolved to your satisfaction.
