The colors on the banners were much more muted and dull than what I had ordered; one was a completely different color altogether (and had to be re-ordered). The quality of the material and grommets are fine; just be cognizant that color printing quality will likely be different that what is designed on your screen.

We're seeing that you were able to get the matter resolved when our customer care team was contacted. To ensure that the correct color is printed on a product for a future order, we would recommend creating your design using the CMYK color format as that's the format we use to print.
