Printer defect

I tried to reach out but received no response. I submitted a photo of the issue, but I'm not sure if they will do something about it. I had an issue with the printout. I definitely will not order again.

The laminated foam boards seemed to be lacking colour and sharpness. Much less than I had expected. I had to get them reprinted elsewhere as I may have expected too much.

The quality of the print was great. Unfortunately not rain proof whatsoever. Mine got ruined during the first rainstorm they had to endure. 5 star in print quality, 1 star on material used. Wish it would have stated no good in rain
