Overall i'm really satisfied with the design. The only thing i'm not happy about is there's 4 random lines on the flag. I don't know where they came from. At first i thought it was the stitching. . but it's actually in the printing

This is the second flag I’ve purchased from you. This one is a 10’ as opposed to the 6’ (I think?) flag I bought before. The printing on the flag was great. I thought a bungee cord would be included as the loop at the base of the flag is way too short to reach the hook. No biggie but it was unexpected.

We may have noticed this far too late but there were lots of printing errors with this banner and I was curious at all if we could get it re printed as we checked our proof and noticed errors in the printing itself.
