Hi so I expected the license plate to be mono coloured to the logo i selected, also went further to match the colorID with everything and nothing matches the logo on the final finish. It is a two tone license plate

In reviewing the account we were seeing the colors did not completely match and so this was the reason for the wrong print. To resolve the matter, we've corrected the color of the background and have processed a free replacement for the product. You can view the update in your order history under the same order number.

I thought the logo would have been stretched over the whole plate not a picture in the middle

Because you uploaded a circular logo, it was placed in the center rather than stretched across the entire plate. For a better fit, we suggest adjusting the design to fill the full printable area or using a rectangular logo/layout. We also recommend using the preview option and requesting a PDF proof from the Editing Studio, then viewing it at 100% scale before submitting your order. This helps you see the true size and how the information will reproduce in print.
