The unit came in as ordered without any damage. Shipping time was phenomenal. The unit arrived much earlier than was expected. My only criticism is the two little plastic inserts that hook the sign through the hole into the clips. These plastic inserts should not be used ………much better to put in a bolt and a couple of nuts which is what I did and threw those little plastic inserts into the garbage . ……that being said, I would buy the product again and use my own little bolt and nuts
