The preview showed that the white background was NOT supposed to be included but it was on the final product. It also does not sit in the flat bottom piece properly and is floppy. Not happy

The white background may have been included if the file did not have a transparent background. For future orders, we recommend ensuring your design file uses a properly set transparent background (such as a PNG with transparency) and utilizing the digital proof option that's available to you from the design studio to ensure your image design is to your satisfaction before processing your order. The acrylic we ordered was supposed to be all white, but the base came in as clear. The pictures and words on the acrylic table sign were very faded and not vibrant at all. I had uploaded a hd vibrant image, but the print out on the acrylic was blurry too. I am usually quite happy with vistaprint items I purchased in the past, but this was much below their usual standard quality.

The issues you described with the base color, faded appearance, and lack of sharpness are not in line with the quality standards we aim to deliver. For future orders, we recommend confirming the base style (white vs. clear) during the selection process, as well as using files in CMYK color mode and high resolution (300 DPI) to help ensure accurate color reproduction and sharpness on acrylic surfaces. We would also recommend utilizing the digital proof option that's available to you from the design studio to ensure the design image meets your satisfaction before processing your order.

Added an image with no background so it would be clear as the example image was. It arrived looking poor quality with a white background painted on. Not ordering again.

Honestly not happy with it. Came scratched and damaged. The quality isn’t very good at all and it’s hard to read. I’m happy with my business cards, stickers and other products I’ve ordered but I unfortunately don’t recommend this product.
