Looking to order flag bases for your custom flag and flag pole? We offer an assortment of styles; ground stake, auger, drive-over and pavement. Each is ideal for certain ground surfaces and differs in weight. Our lightest options are ground stake bases and auger bases (2.2 lbs.) while our drive-over base (4.63 lbs.) and pavement base (8.38 lbs.) are heavier. Super loose and does not fit, reading other reviews now it’s a problem they know about, how has it not been fixed! I would appreciate an adapter of some sort provided

Absolutely horrible customer service. The base on this pole is too thin for the flag I purchased from Vista Print. Now 2 times I I have spoken to customer service and they ASSURED ME I would get the right one. Well, I now have 3 and they all dont fit, and my trade show is rapidly approaching, this has been going on for 2 weeks now.
