i am not pleased with the order. I can't see the logo as it's way to small. that is not what it looked like on the screen.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that you're not pleased with your pen/torch set. We understand your concern regarding the logo size and visibility. Based on our checks, the uploaded image contains two elements, and the printable area on the pen is limited to 0.3" x 1.26". As a result, the available space for the design is quite small, which can affect readability. For future orders, we recommend cropping or simplifying the logo design to improve visibility and readability within the available print area.
