We are happy you're pleased with the logo on the pens and how they write. We're terribly sorry to hear that some of the pens were delivered damaged and had ink smears. This is not the type of service we want you to receive, so we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We're happy to make things right by placing a free reorder for another set of pens. You should receive the order within a few days. This is not a typical experience, and we'll definitely have to team review the matter. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention and giving us the chance to help.
