This is the first time I ordered something from Vista Print that I'm not really happy with, and I've been ordering anything from notepads to tote bags over the years. This time I ordered pens for my husband's business with red and white casing but got navy and white instead. And I ordered blue ink but got black ink. Also, I had wanted to put 2 lines of print on the pen when ordering but the template wouldn't allow it. I assumed there was a reason for this since Vista Print probably knows their product, so just ordered with 1 line. It seemed to me like the font size wouldn't go small enough. Maybe a setting/technical issue from your end because once I received the pens they looked rather "blah" and like there definitely could have been a second line of print beside the business logo. I've also seen the exact same pen around with other companies' advertising on them and they have multiple lines of print and a larger logo. Perhaps they weren't printed by Vista Print but the pen is identical. Anyways, I don't like complaining since my Vista Print products are usually amazing. This will not stop me from ordering from you again but I will definitely go with my gut when designing something. I still would like to have pens with blue ink, but not sure about ordering more pens now.

My design is supposed to say "All People's Counselling"...the pens came and the print is backwards eg) only reads properly if you reflect it in the mirror.
