Good build but printing logo text is not readable.

Be careful with this if you have logo with typing. The builder does not allow the logo bigger that this, and my signage is not readable. So for logo picture-only companies, it may work ok.

Good build but printing logo text is not readable.

The pen itself is great. The print - logo and phone number are poor. Size of logo is very small - not like it appeared in the preview. The logo is rubbing off of the pens very easily and quickly.

While the pens themselves seem to be good quality, however the printing on the pens is very easily scratched off making them useless as a promotional product.

Another company's logo was printed on my pens

Half of my order arrived with another company's logo printed on them in addition to our logo. It's subtle – white lettering on a white pen – but definitely noticeable and readable. Almost like our pens were pre-loved. Another handful of pens contained errors in the logo (looks like the paint scratched off).

I would buy this product again but...

The logo was a bit small, I would have preferred to have had more room to work with on the design page since there was definitely some unused space to do so. Also very disappointed the white one is now out of stock :(
