Good build but printing logo text is not readable.

This is definitely not a Vistaprint experience we want you to remember. Likewise, we appreciate the provided photo of the received product. As we check the actual received pens and the product preview, it turns out that this pen design area is intended for logos only without any text since it will really become unreadable due to the design template limitations. Furthermore, we highly recommend that you always check the preview and consider the size of your details to the size of the item once produced before proceeding to ensure the correctness of your order. We realize that this might not be the best answer you are expecting, but we hope that you still feel our genuine intentions to help.
