The pen writes very poorly—not at all like the smooth, comfortable writing experience of gel pens. I ordered these because I had a very similar pen that wrote extremely well. The design looked exactly like it, and a friend told me she had ordered hers from Pens. com; the model is called the Maria Gel.
Unfortunately, the pens I received from you are far from the same quality.
I also specifically requested assistance with the design, and I am very disappointed with the result. The “Umbrella Wealth” name was made so tiny that it is barely readable. At the very least, I expected someone helping me with the design to suggest putting the name on the back of the pen so it could be larger and more visible.
I feel that the person who assisted me through the chat that day made very little effort to help me achieve a professional result. I am extremely disappointed with these pens, both with the writing quality and with the design assistance I received.
