I’m giving 5 stars even though my order was wrong. I ordered another 500 pens and my logo was missing the white background behind the black ink. Messaging with customer support is always a pleasure. They recognized the problem and are now sending out another 500 pens with my correct logo, at no extra charge. I’ve ordered about 3000 pens from them so far, and I’m very happy with their service, and their product. We all make mistakes, what’s important is the action we take to correct our mistakes that really makes the difference in customer service. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
