Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the font on your pens is too small to read and that the ink color wasn't what you expected. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially on your first order. While we’re glad you like how the pen writes, we agree that readability should have been better checked during production. As for the ink, this particular pen model is only available with blue ink. We apologize if that wasn't clearly stated during the ordering process—we’ll look into how we can make that clearer moving forward. We've sent you a separate email requesting further information.
