Incomplete Logo

I received my pen order late and when they did arrive half of the logo was missing. I have written and email to complain but have not heard anything back as of yet. I would not recommend ordering is you have a deadline and would like a specific logos put on them. I now have hundreds of pens with a incomplete logo, thanks Vistaprint!
