The design process itself was fiddly and a bit frustrating but the end result is great. Responsive and helpful customer service when I hit a roadblock with availability. These folks care about whether or not you’re happy with your order and your experience. The pens have a perfect colour barrel, deep orange not fluorescent, that matches our branding. Excellent reorder service. Our lawyers and clients love these clean, crisp professional looking pens. It’s a plus that the pens are produced in Canada.
