Good engraving. Bad pen. NOT executive

We purchased these pens because they were listed as executive and high-quality, however they are very cheap and are similar to dollar store pens. The writing is bad the craftsmanship of the pen and construction is bad. I was happy with the engraving however when I opened the pen to examine the cartridge I was unable to reattach the top and it was very troublesome and now it does not sit properly. Finally the listing advertise did say there was an extra refill, however no extra refill is present in any of them so this is an error on the advertising and therefore the product is not as advertised.

Looks great but price point and quality lacking

The logo engraving looks incredible! the pen itself is loosely assembled and shakes and rattles when you write with it, the ink seems to be clumpy and doesn't write as smooth as I had hoped it would.
