Upon reviewing the design, we found that the uploaded artwork for the pen engraving placed a very small design in the middle of a 0.3" x 2" design space, with details that were already difficult to read even in the preview. Since our printing process is fully automated, the engraving was produced exactly as it was submitted at checkout. To better understand how the final product turned out, could you kindly share images of the pen showing the engraving? This will help us review the outcome more closely. Additionally, please confirm if you’re open to editing the details on the design—for example, adjusting the font size—so we can assist you with a clearer, more legible engraving.
