After reviewing your design, it appears that some of the information extended beyond the recommended safe margin for the pen's printable area. Because of the limited imprint space on promotional pens, text and design elements placed outside the safe area may print inconsistently or become difficult to read. For future orders, we recommend resizing or simplifying your artwork so that all text and important design elements remain within the safe margin of the imprint area. Using larger font sizes, reducing the amount of text, and keeping logos away from the edges will help produce a cleaner, more legible result. Utilizing the preview option is also recommended as it gives a better idea of the final appearance of the design prior to processing your order.
