I was unhappy with the printing. The font was so small you can't read it. On the computer it looked great

I think you can improve better job on this project for next time- as our address print is not visible because you placed this under the "clips" piece (plastic) Also would be nice to get some suggestion email on each project before sending to us, where you know that black color text will be invisible on this project.

Pen came way faster then expected! Beautiful, and works great! The website was easy to use once I figured out how to find the Canadian site.

Overall I'm very happy with the pens. Unfortunately some of the pens have a black fleck in the printed area which is not removable. Hopefully not too many have this flaw, as I don't want to hand out these to clients.
