It appears that the logo was placed in the center of the design space, but it was not resized to maximize the available area. Our printing process is automated, and the design is printed exactly as it is submitted. We don't make any changes to the size or placement of the artwork.
For future orders, we highly recommend using the design preview tool before you finalize your purchase. This feature allows you to see exactly how your logo will appear on the product, helping you ensure that the size and placement are exactly what you want.
