Lovely Pens, Rough Delivery

I really love these pens, they look stunning and write beautifully - my only complaint is that they came shoved into a very tightly packed box and most of the pens on the top were super dirty. I had to wash about 25 of the pens. Not a big deal, but a little disappointing.
