Look great, but break very easily

I love the look of these pens with our logo. I love how the write. But the barrel is plastic and breaks very easy and we are throwing many out only after a few days of use

Half of the pens came with the top of the pen covering the logo. I used my own tool to place the top part where it should have been in the first place. This makes me question if there is an actual person doing a quality control check before sending the pens out. However, nice pen overall.

Thank you for your review. We regret that your logo is under the clip for some pens. The pens go through an automated printing and assembly process, as such, the clip may fall on the logo. This can be fixed by rotating the clip away from the logo. We are sorry for any inconvenience of having to do this and will share your experience with our team with the hopes of improving in the future.
