We truly apologize that this is the experience that you had with the Boston Brights Pen with Blue Ink Digital Full Color Wrap. This certainly is not in line with the product quality level that we aim to provide to our customers. While we've not received any previous reports of this, your comment will immediately be shared with our Quality department for checks to be made into the pens. We are pleased to see that Customer Service has since made it right.
