We’re very sorry for the disappointment this caused, especially given the intent to use these as company giveaways. We understand how frustrating it is when the product doesn’t match what was expected, particularly with the contrast and appearance of the cover. To help, we’ve taken action on your account to address the issue, and a follow-up email will be sent shortly with the details. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
