Customer Service was excellent, checked the file, I sent pictures to track error to have VistaPrint investigate quality control. A new order has been requested by the Agent with a 'rush' print and will be shipped to me asap. I will continue doing business with VistaPrint, excellent items are received everytime !
Not happy with finished product

Printing on these note pads was not consistent. Some are centered others are off to the side or bottom and cut off parts of the logo and the text. These were for gift bags, and not very professional to give out wonky products. See photo for comparison (first one is good, next one the ear is cut off, text cut off, not centered).
