Upon reviewing your order, we found that the logo file used was of low resolution. Since our printing process is fully automated, designs are printed exactly as they are submitted, including any quality limitations present in the file. To better assist you, could you please share photos of the USBs received, along with a higher resolution version of your logo? We’d be happy to take a closer look and work toward a resolution from there.
