We ordered these to hand out at trade shows and put our QR code on the side but the QR code is too small to scan.

We apologize that the key rings did not work as expected for your QR code. Please note that the printable area for this key ring is 0.31" x 1.26", so space is limited. QR codes often require a larger area to be scannable. For future orders, you may want to consider using a larger product or alternative item that allows for more print space.
