Very disappointing experience. The image quality is extremely poor and does not match what was advertised.
I contacted the company and received a replacement, hoping the original order was simply defective. Unfortunately, the second order arrived with the exact same photo quality and the same disappointing results.
This was intended to be a special and meaningful gift, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Based on the photos and description advertised, I expected a much higher-quality finished product.
I genuinely wish I had ordered from another company where the final product actually matched the quality shown in the advertisement. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

These key chains have some weight to them which I like, could be engraved on the backside (maybe, still testing that out), and I have ordered a variety of these in the last few months.
In August, I ordered a particular set of these keychains with a local team's logo on them (with a black background). They seemed fine when they arrived. Now, not so much; they now have a "patchy frost-like pattern" on the surface of the entire image. I have checked a few others with different artwork and they seem fine so far (but I am still checking). I have no idea why this is happening as they were opened upon arrival and were then resealed, ready for purchase. Luckily, I just checked them before forwarding to my customer.
