We're sorry to hear that you're unable to read the information on keychains ordered and can understand your disappointment. In reviewing the account, we're seeing that the information added to the product is very small and so would be illegible. We're seeing that the business card template was used on the keychain which is much smaller and so would not have had enough space to make the information legible.

Very disappointing experience. The image quality is extremely poor and does not match what was advertised. I contacted the company and received a replacement, hoping the original order was simply defective. Unfortunately, the second order arrived with the exact same photo quality and the same disappointing results. This was intended to be a special and meaningful gift, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Based on the photos and description advertised, I expected a much higher-quality finished product. I genuinely wish I had ordered from another company where the final product actually matched the quality shown in the advertisement. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
