Not impressed with results

Most of the keychains are blurry and can’t read the writing. Not even close to the proof.

Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

Thank you for your review submission. We regret to hear that the printing on the keychains is blurry. We've done some checks and found that the resolution of the image that was uploaded is too low. Our system is automated, so items are printed as submitted. We are happy to help by providing you with a free replacement order. Please increase the resolution of the original image to 300 dpi or higher, re-upload it, and then reply to this email. Once we've reviewed the new document, we'll proceed with the new order if possible. If you are unable to make the changes on your own, we have a design team that may be able to assist you. Feel free to reach out to them directly via www.vistaprint.ca/design.

Key chain flashlights

Cute flashlights for my real estate clients but i am disappointed in the lettering. It is too small and hard to see.

Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry to hear the lettering on the keychain flashlights is difficult to read. For this product, the printable area is 0.31" x 1.26", which is quite small. For future orders, we would recommend reducing the number of text lines or keeping the message shorter, as this helps improve overall legibility within the limited space. We appreciate you sharing your experience and your feedback will be passed along to our team as well.

I was really happy with the way the logo came out and the quality of the look and feel of the product and of course the function. I ordered this as a volunteer appreciation gift and it was only thing I could find that was affordable but also practical! The gift also shipped fairly quickly as well. Thank you Vista!
