Poor quality and printing was off

So I ordered this with black background expecting the red writing to be as bright as the proof showed but when I got the order it is impossible to read, the print is off kilter and the product feels a lot cheaper than it did when I ordered 2 years ago. Looked to reorder in a different colour background but because the product is cheaper, there are screws visable right under the print area so it looks terrible. Vistaprint gave me a credit for the full amount though so I can try and order something better

I managed to get one of my kids to open them up and reset the activator so they would work.
