That said, the printing issues you described are certainly not the quality standard we aim to deliver, and we apologize for that. Off-centre imprints and artwork peeling during production are disappointing, and we understand why this would affect your confidence in reordering this item. To help us investigate and address this properly, please reply to this email and let us know how many keyrings were affected. We also ask that you include a group photo clearly showing the off-centre printing and any peeling areas, so our team can review the issue in detail.
