Not good quality

When these showed up I was SO impressed and excited. The team needs them to put client keys on, so everyone got one and we were so excited.
With REGULAR/NORMAL use they've started to fall apart and fray like crazy. I'm extremely disappointed. . . I've spent A TON of money on Vistaprint throughout the years and this is the first product I've disliked. .
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We sincerely apologize for the quality issues with the Engraved Carabiner Keyrings you received. This is not the VistaPrint experience we want you to have, and we appreciate you providing photos of the items as a reference.
We acknowledge your concern that, although the product was initially impressive, the keyrings began to fray and fall apart with regular use. Your account has been reviewed, and we found that one of our support representatives has already assisted you with this concern and taken the necessary actions on your order.
Rest assured, your comments have been forwarded to our product team for review and consideration as we continue working to improve durability and overall quality.
We truly value your long‑standing trust in VistaPrint and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you better in the future and to provide products that meet the standards you expect.

I am happy with the way these turned out. The printed metal plate and rivets give them a quality look. They seem sturdy and are already a hit.
